LEVEL 4/5 OFFICIALS COURSE 
Portage la Prairie, Manitoba 
Tuesday, July 30 & Wednesday, July 31, 1996 
Course to be run Tuesday from 1:00 pm till 9:00 pm and 
the exam(s) to be written on the Wednesday morning. 
(Westerns familiarization scheduled to start Wednesday 
at 3:00 pm) 
Course conductor will be Vern Oberg. He is asking all 
interested participants to review the WSC Officials 
Home Study program prior to the course.
